Detatched 3 bedroom house in Colmworth, Bedfordshire. Press here to open > A new 3 bedroom detached house finished to a high specification located in Colmworth, Beds. The plot was purchased with a planning consent for a 3 bed detached property. The house layout and style was redesigned and a revised application was then approved. This provided a better looking property with a much improved layout with more space and it made good use of the outlook onto the rear garden that overlooks open countryside. This property was completed in Spring 2008. |

This development was undertaken with the help of a new architectural team who provided a fresh perspective on the site. The house was of timber frame construction and the frame was stick built on site by Regal Carpentry Contractors. Completion was at the end of 2007. |
